From the perspective of a teenage girlwhose brother just left home, College sucks...
Saying goodbye to everyone else was hard, really hard.
And I knew this would be harder.
And I was right...
If you haven't guessed by now, we just finished moving Beau into temporary housing.
And now I am sitting in the car on my way home.
It seems really odd that Beau won't be coming home for about three weeks, and he's leaving again. That's how long he was in Ireland! I missed him a lot then! But I knew he was going to come home, and now I just have to get used to it. Its going to be really weird...
and quiet :)
So, to sum up my day,
I left my house this morning at nine-ish,
Drove 2 1/2 hours to Duluth,
Beau moved in,
we went to Applebee's,
checked out the area a little,
said goodbye,
and now I'm an only child...

Saying goodbye to my family was really hard too. Abraham starting bawling so then I was crying and we were all a mess....
I know how you feel. I just try not to think about it, as horrible as it sounds.

Pretty sure we're all going to miss him (and everyone else who moved away this year). Sometimes I wish life could just stay the same forever..but it can't. We all continue to grow older every day and our lives keep changing along the way. Change is not usually easy, but everything that happens is in God's hand and HE will never change!
